The history of India's independence struggle is full of great heroes and hundreds of adventures. In the list of such revolutionaries, there is a name of Khudiram Bose. Khudiram Bose was an Indian youth revolutionary whose martyrdom created a wave of revolution in the whole country.

Khudiram Bose climbed to death for the country's freedom at the age of just 19. With the martyrdom of this heroic man, there was a wave of patriotism in the entire country. Songs were written to immortalize their valor and their sacrifice became the subject of folk songs. In the honor of Khudiram Bose, lyrical songs were created which became popular in Bengal as folk songs.

The early life :

Khudiram Bose was born on 3 December 1889 in Habibpur village of Midnapore district in
BengalHe was a freedom fighter, that had been among the most adorable revolutionaries of the Indian independence movement. Trailokyanath Basu, his dad was a Tahsildar of town and mom Lakshmipriya Devi was a spiritual lady.

Khudiram Bose was affected by the idea of karma at the Bhagavad Gita and has been involved in radical activities to free mommy India in the clutches of British rule. Dissatisfied with the British coverage of this partition of Bengal in 1905, he combined Jugantar -- the celebration of radical activists.

Their love for India was extreme and they never thought of the private connections and relaxation. One of these, Khudiram Bose who at a tender age, was drawn towards the sacred words of Vande Mataram and revealed the courage to devote his spirit into the War of Independence.

Khudiram earned the standing of a dare-devil, maverick and adventurer before reaching adulthood. Khudiram as one of the whole teenage student community of this town that was fired up having a burning inspiration to walk the path of revolution. It was that Khudiram took his first crucial steps towards choosing the route that could make him a boy-martyr.

Revolutionary activities:

He joined a recently made"akhara" or club made and patronized by a few men and women that were busy from the socio-political sphere. In no time Khudiram turned into a cynosure of everyone's eyes in that category because of his unbounded enthusiasm for the social company, his daring spirit and leadership qualities, and his excellence in physical culture and coaching.

 Bose was motivated by his instructor Satyendranath Bose and readings of the Bhagavad Gita, which aided him to adopt revolutionary activities directed at stopping the British Raj. He had been particularly blessed with the British after the partition of Bengal in 1905. He combined Jugantar - a celebration of radical activists.

The Muzaffarpur killing:

Khudiram and Prafulla Chaki were shipped to the area Named Motijhil in Muzaffarpur, Bihar. On reaching the city, they took up residence at the Dharamshala of Kishorimohan Bandopadhyay. Instantly after settling down, they began preparing and planning for the assault.

They gave themselves a couple of days time to carefully watch the daily routine, activities, and moves of the goal, Kingsford--taking notice of his timings in the courtroom, the team along with his residence. They didn't need to risk the lives of innocent individuals by creating an attack in the courtroom during working hours.

This caused the departure of a couple more days, and eventually, they determined that Kingsford needed to be assaulted either through his journey from his home to the club or vice-versa when he'd be lonely. 

In this time period, the both of them wrote to one of the teachers, Barindra Kumar Ghosh, the distinguished revolutionary and also the younger brother of Sri Aurobindo, when they had cash, beating the Barindra using all the code-name"Sukumar" for security.

 On the night of April 30, 1908, the duo waited in the front of the gate of this European Club for the carriage of Kingsford ahead. The time was approximately 8.30 pm. After the carriage came out, they reacted fast, holding their pistols into 1 hand as a backup and throwing their bombs.

The strike was a success and also the carriage awakened and began burning. The duo immediately left the location, coated themselves in the shadow, and attained that the railway's station, in which they awakened to escape any distress, grooming trains towards opposite directions.

 But back in the place, their fast departure didn't enable them to listen to the shouts of women's voices at the burning carriage, rather than Kingsford's. The carriage was inhabited not by Kingsford but rather the spouse and daughter of barrister Pringle Kennedy.

The radical duo fled. Prafulla committed suicide when cornered by police in the Samastipur Railway channel. Khudiram, who had been filled with sorrow later learning that it wasn't Kingsford but two girls who'd been murdered, was arrested at a place about 20 kilometers from Samastipur and 12 kilometers from Pusa Bazaar. The railroad station at which Khudiram was detained while using tea was previously called Pusa Road and lately was renamed as Khudiram Bose Pusa.

Death:

On 11th August at 1908 at the Muzaffarpur Jail, at 6'm Khudiram Bose was attracted to the gallows and was hanged. Just like a real lover of his motherland along with a real martyr, he welcomed his passing.
